SHIPPING

Our company ships in the United States except HI and AK

Shipping has been added to the price of the product.

We will do our best to accommodate international orders, but no guarantees, due to high shipping costs.

We try to make shopping as convenient as possible for our customers.

Please allow 3-6 weeks for product delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted up to 21 days after invoice date. We will reimburse shipping costs in the U.S.A only on items up to, or below 10 lbs. The U.S. recipient is responsible for paying the cost of shipping on his/her return on items over the 10 lb. limit. International Recipient orders are responsible for their own shipping costs on all returned items. This information is legally binding and it is the sole responsibility of the recipient to understand the terms and conditions of this seller. By agreeing to buy this sellers items/services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this seller and the terms and conditions of this sellers return policy. Please feel free to contact the seller for customer service assistance in regards to the items/services you have purchased.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

The Customer Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you ("The Customer"), and angelwingz_star_designz and applies to your use of angelwingz_star_designz services or the purchase of angelwingz_star_designz products. You must read our companies Policies/Agreements, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in these Policies/Agreements. In addition, you must read, agree with and accept any applicable Agreements/Polices on this page.

We may amend this Agreement & Policies at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it.

Customer agrees to all electronic and postal correspondence due to product delivery and invoicing. Customer agrees to pay the proper taxes according to their geographic location, and shipping charges on the products they order. Customer agrees to pay for the product or products or services that they are purchasing.

Any reproduction and resale of the products, graphics, or photographs on this entire website, without proper consent or licensing, is prohibited by law. These graphics and photographs are sole property of angelwingz_star_designz & owner Angelita Van Degrift and are copyrighted. The affiliate artists are also sole owner of their graphics on this site and have granted angelwingz_star_designz/Angelita Van Degrift, full rights to place their graphics on merchandise, garments, and or accessories and sell their products for a percentage of the profits. Full legal action will be taken on those companies or persons who PLAGIARIZE the content of the angelwingz_star_designz company and its entire website.

The legal penalties for copyright infringement are:

Infringer pays the actual dollar amount of damages and profits.
The law provides a range from $200 to $150,000 for each work infringed.
Infringer pays for all attorneys fees and court costs.
The Court can issue an injunction to stop the infringing acts.
The Court can impound the illegal works.
The infringer can go to jail
